- Security

• Payment

  • Payment is made through credit, debit or prepaid card in the secure environment of Viva Payments Services SA (https://www.vivawallet.com/en-eu/) with which we cooperate. Your card details are imported and processed in the electronic environment of Viva Payments Services SA (Viva Wallet). Your card details are only managed by Viva Payments Services platanostours.gr has no access to them, nor can it collect them.

• Ensuring Data Transfer Security

  • To ensure data transfer security the encryption EV SSL-128 bit is used.

• Cryptography

  • From the beginning to the conclusion of your on-line session, all information and personal data is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Encryption is basically a way of encoding information until it reaches the specified recipient, who will be able to decode it using appropriate key. Every time you make a payment with Viva, all communication between your computer and Viva is encrypted with a 128 bit EV key.

• Transaction Privacy

  • Viva Payment Services is a payment institution licensed by the Bank of Greece. The same basic principles that apply to traditional banking also apply to Viva. All information supplied by the card holder to Viva is confidential

• Privacy Policy

  • To ensure data privacy is respected, personal data is stored on a secure "central server". Adhering to N.2472/1997 "on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data". Respecting personal data, we keep your personal information in a secure central server "central server". • Registration and membership is open to all natural persons over thirteen years of age who have an interest in the creation and sharing of accessible climate science. Users under sixteen years of age must first obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Each User shall only register once
• Upon registration, Members are required to supply their name, email address, mail address, areas of interest and a password.

-Service Cancellation

• If for some reason there is a change or cancellation of the existing reservation, the customer must inform the office by e-mail at least two days prior to arrival. Otherwise the customer loses the deposit or the total payment he has given.

-Account Termination

• We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
